Restorative Massage Therapy offers treatments to manage lymphedema, reduce swelling, relieve pain, decrease stress, and promote relaxation.

Registered Massage Therapy

Registered massage therapy can be an effective method for preventing or treating injuries as well as a tool to relief psychological stress. Registered massage therapy is beneficial for both your physical body and for your emotional well-being.

Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT)

Complete decongestive therapy (CDT) is one of the most effective treatments for lymphedema and other related conditions. CDT is a non-invasive, multicomponent approach which consists of a combination of manual lymph drainage (MLD), compression therapy, decongestive exercises, and skin care.

Swedish Relaxation Massage

A combination of hands-on manipulations of muscles and fascia. Treatments are performed directly on the skin with the aid of lotions. Treatments can be deep to treat soft tissue pain and dysfunction, or they can be light to provide stress relief and enhance relaxation.

Deep Tissue Therapy

Slow, deep techniques that engage deep layers of the muscle tissue to help alleviate chronic muscle tension, release trigger points or muscle knots, as well as break down scar tissue. Some soreness may result post treatment.

Myofascial Therapy

Therapy used to release tension stored in the fascia, correct postural deformities and contractures of the connective tissue. The techniques are applied without lotion and create a stretching sensation which elongates and corrects postural deviations.

Sports Massage

Techniques used to stimulate circulation of blood and lymph fluids. Include: Pre-event Sports Massage, Post-Event Sports Massage, Restorative Sports Massage and Rehabilitative Sports Massage.

Aromatherapy Massage

Organic essential oils are used to affect mood and alleviate pain. The oils are derived from plants and have different healing properties. All oils are customized to promote wellness, de-stressing, and relaxation.

Pre and Post natal Pregnancy Massage

Techniques are tailored specifically to the needs of pre and post pregnancy women and their changing bodies in order to help relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, and improve circulation.

Infant Massage

Soothing techniques are used to improve blood pressure, heart rate, digestion, breathing, and neurological development. The massage is a great way to get to know baby's non-verbal cues, promote relaxation and sleep.

Chair Massage

Seated massage with recipient fully clothed and no oil is used during treatment. Chair Massage Therapy is well suited for any office environment to promote productivity, job satisfaction, and health.

Mobile Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy performed in the comfort of your home. All the supplies required for the optimal massage treatment are provided.
