Restorative Massage & Lymphedema Therapy offers treatments to manage Lymphedema, reduce swelling, relieve pain, increase joint mobility, decrease muscle tension, promote healing and relaxation.


Are you covered under my benefits plan?

As a Registered Massage Therapist, my treatments are covered by most benefits packages. You will be given an insurance receipt at the end of your treatment, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Do you offer direct billing?

Not at this time.

Do you offer pregnancy massage?

Yes! I provide pre and postnatal massage therapy through all stages of the pregnancy.

Do you treat children?

Yes, I treated children from the age of 5 and older. Parents/guardians can accompany their child in the treatment room.

What are your payment options?

I accept payment by cash, cheque, email transfer, debit, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.

Is there parking?

There is free street parking as well as parking in my driveway.

Is your space accessible?

No. There are steps leading to my front door and my practice room.

Do I have to take my clothes off?

You’re free to undress to your level of comfort. I will work with you to accommodate any needs you may have regarding draping and body positioning to ensure you always feel safe and secure.

Does massage hurt?

Your massage treatment doesn't have to hurt to be effective. If you experience any pain or discomfort during the treatment, please let me know. I always work within your level of comfort.

Is there parking?

There is free street parking as well as parking in my driveway.

I'm sick. Should I keep my appointment?

If you get sick, please contact me to reschedule your appointment - especially if you are experiencing body aches or you suspect a fever. Your treatment will be safer and more enjoyable once you feel better. Please note there is a 24-hour cancellation policy in effect.

I want to bring my friend/family/partner. May I wait inside while you treat them?

You are welcome to bring a friend or book back-to-back treatments, but you must arrive separately for your individual appointments. My practice is located in a beautiful neighbourhood where you can enjoy a walk while you wait.

I'm super early for my appointment. Now what?

If you are more than 10 minutes early, please do not ring the doorbell as I may be with another client. My practice is located in a beautiful neighbourhood where you can enjoy a walk while you wait or have a seat on the bench at my front porch.

Do you do house calls?

Yes, I do provide mobile massage and lymphedema therapy.

My practice is a safe, judgement free zone. You can leave your worries at the door.
